Pretty Thank You Card Using the Forever Greenery Suite

“Be joyful always; pray continually; give thanks in all circumstances, for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus.” 1 Thessalonians 5:16

Giving thanks in all circumstances isn’t easy and doesn’t come naturally to me. I want to complain when things don’t turn out how I had planned. Living with a chronic illness has it’s ups and downs, and disappointments. But with God’s love, strength, perspective and guidance I can now say that on those hard days, God is still good! He shows me His love, compassion and presence in such intimate ways that I don’t experience when I’m feeling well and going full speed. God loves you and wants you to know and experience His love in all of it’s fullness! Making cards, sharing them here and sending them to encourage others has been such a blessing in my life! Below is information on this pretty card!

The Forever Greenery Suite Collection is packed full of beautiful coordinated products including the Forever Fern stamps, Forever Greenery patterned paper, Gold Laser cut specialty paper, ribbon, embossing folders and embellishments. Everything you need, besides card stock and ink to complete hundreds of beautiful paper crafting creations!

For this card, I chose the sentiment from the Lovely You stamp set. This set includes eleven sentiments in pretty fonts, as well as some flowers and leaves.

Here is a list of the products and dimensions I used in making this card.

  • Shaded Spruce Card Stock for card base (5 1/2'“ x 11 “ and scored at 4 1/4”)

  • Patterned Paper but at 4” x 5 1/4”

  • Pear Pizzaz Card Stock cut at 3 1/4” x 4 1/2”

  • Whisper White Card Stock cut at 3” x 4 1/4” & embossed with Greenery embossing folder.

  • Forever Gold Laser-cut Fern

  • Wildly Grateful Sentiment stamped in VersaMark ink and heat embossed in Gold embossing powder on a scrap of Shaded Spruce Card Stock cut at about 2 1/4” x 1 1/4”

  • I used Stampin Dimensionals to adhere the sentiment to the front of the card.

It was a really easy card to put together with an elegant result! I hope you give this suite a look. It is on page 108 of the 2020-2021 Annual Catalog.
